BACK OFFICE:
How can I log in to my Back Office?
A: Go to your Movie Club Plus Website. Now
click on "log in" on the top right of the
page. Then enter your user id and password
and click the " login" button.
Q: What is my ID and Password?
A: Your ID and password are the same when
you UPGRADE as they were when you were a
FREE member. If you do not have your
password, you can get it where you log in on
your web site. Your ID is the extension in
your URL and it IS case sensitive. You can
not change it yet, but we will have that
option available in the future.

Your user ID would be sg00045
Q: How can I change my URL?
A: This is not available yet but is
something we plan to do.
Q: What is the difference between
personal referral & Matrix Views?
A: Personal Referral view shows the people
who have personally enrolled through your
Website URL. All of the people listed as
Level 1 are the people who have signed up as
a FREE or Paying member through your MCP
Website link. The ones with a date beside
their name have UPGRADED to become a paying
member. You may have an unlimited number of
Level 1 referrals in this view.
The Matrix View shows only Paying Members in
your 3 X 9 Forced Matrix. It is possible
that members in your 3 X 9 Matrix may be
spilled over from your sponsor if they have
referred more than 3 paying members. There
can be no more than 3 members on your level
one, 9 members on level 2, and so on.
COMMISSIONS
Q: When will I be paid for the sales I
make this month?
A: Commissions for the sales of MCP Success
Packs and all other products are paid on the
17th day of the following month. For example
all commissions Earned between October 1st
and Midnight, Pacific Time, October 31st,
will be paid on November 17th.
Q: How will I be paid?
A: We use www.qchex.com as our preferred
payment method. If you sign up using Int
Gold, you will be paid by Int Gold. If you
need to change methods, please contact our
support Staff.
Q: What customer requirements do Movie
Club Plus Representatives have?
A: Each Movie Club Plus Representative must
have at least one customer other than
themselves each month in order to qualify
for commissions. To accomplish this, a MCP
Rep must sign up at least one person who
purchases a product of at least $10.00 in
value. This customer may not be someone who
is a Representative with Movie Club Plus.
This customer may be a 30 Day Free Trial
member who is in their first 30 days, before
they are charged. Be sure that you have at
least one customer each month so that you
will qualify for all commission due.
The reason for this requirement is to comply
with a Multi-Level Marketing Law which was
designed to keep Network Marketing companies
from making money on recruitment instead of
Product Movement. That is why many companies
are considered to be money games and give
the industry a bad name. Those businesses
are not designed for long term as we are.
Movie Club Plus pays commissions ONLY on
Product Movement, including the sale of our
MCP Success Packs and any other products
found on our web site.
Q: How can I create my Second Customer?
1) When you load people into your
tell-a-friend system, and give away free
memberships, we will follow up with them for
you to let them know about great deals we
will offer on products. When any one of them
purchases a single product, that will count
as your second customer and you will have
met your requirement for the month.
2) You may have someone you know personally
go on an autoship for any product category
or a $10 monthly gift certificate. This many
be paid for with anyone's valid credit card,
by must be purchased by a non-matrix FREE
Movie Club Plus member. Gift certificates
will be available later in the month of
January, 2004.
Q: What does Movie Club Plus pay
commissions for?
A: We pay commissions on the SALE of MCP
Success Packs and all other Product
Commissions found in our Online
Entertainment Store. Movie Club Plus DOES
NOT pay commissions for the referral of
members. We pay commissions to you when your
personally referred customers purchase
PRODUCTS.

EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS/ MATRIX
Q: What do the email notifications of
Upgraded Members mean?
A: The emails you receive show the most
recent people who have signed up with Movie
Club Plus. The emails are meant to show you
that the Bonus Pool is growing. To earn
commissions on those sales and the sales of
everyone in our company, simply make 2 sales
of your own in any given one month period.
Q: Why are the people in the emails not
in my 3x9 Matrix in my back office?
A: Your 3X9 Matrix will be filled by the
efforts of you and your upline. Unlike other
companies where you only earn commissions on
the sales of people in your downline, Movie
Club Plus is superior because it does not
matter if they are your upline, downline,
sideline, or whatever. Everyone works
together collectively!
If you just do a little work and make 2
sales, you earn commissions from the efforts
of every MCP Rep when you qualify for a STAR
BONUS!
At no point do our advertising emails say
that these people are going to be in your
downline. They simply state that you can
earn money from their efforts when you
qualify for your share of our bonus pools!
Q: Does MCP have a "Powerline" System?
A: We do not have a Powerline or "fear of
loss" system. We have a DESIRE FOR GAIN
system!
FREE members are notified several times per
day as others Upgrade and they learn that
they can earn commissions on the efforts of
these new people when they also Upgrade and
simply make 2 sales, thereby qualifying for
1 star bonus which is an equal share of
6.67% of company-wide gross revenues. This
system was first implemented on October
12th, 2003 and was responsible for over 70
UPGRADES in a 24 hour period!

FREE MEMBERS
Q: What do FREE members receive?
A: Free members receive access to our online
store at the regular prices. They also
receive their own web site, back office,
access to our tell a friend system and
marketing materials, plus science of success
training!
Q: What can FREE members earn?
When a Free member refers someone who
purchases a $39.95 MCP Success Pack, the
Referring Free Member will earn $10.00 US
Fast Cash for the first month's Order, then
$5.00 per month every month after when their
referral continues to order. Free members
will not qualify for the 3x9 Matrix or any
Star or Super Star Bonuses.
In the event that the Free member Upgrades
with a MCP Success Pack Purchase in the same
month of their referred member's order, they
will receive the FULL $20 Fast Cash and all
other bonuses entitled to them, but they
will not have the referred paying member in
their 3x9 Matrix.
Free members can earn commissions on MCP
Success Packs sold, but not on other
products at this time. Paying members earn
double fast cash and monthly bonuses plus
receive a position in the 3x9 matrix and
earn all star and super star bonuses
qualified for.

A: Currently, we accept Credit Cards and
Debit Cards. We also accept Int Gold and
recommend International members join using
IntGold. USA members may join with either

Q: Can we use Storm Pay or Pay Pal to
sign up?
A: No, we have chosen Int Gold as the option
for people who do not use credit / debit
cards or do not live in the USA!
Q: Is Movie Club Plus International?
A: YES! Anyone in the FREE world can join
Movie Club Plus. We will be paying USA
members by QCHEX. International members
should join and be paid commissions by Int
Gold ( http://www.intgold.com .

to product purchases and all products will
not be offered Internationally. Some
countries use different types of VCRs and
DVD Players, so be advised that music or
other products offered may be a better
choice for some International members.

CANCELLATIONS
Q: What is the TOTAL cost of joining
Movie Club Plus?
A: Anyone can join for FREE and earn
commissions for the sale of MCP Success
Packs. A Success Pack Purchase is renewed
automatically each month on the monthly
anniversary purchase date. The cost of the
Success Pack is $39.95 monthly plus a $9.95
set up fee on the first month only.
Membership may be cancelled at any time by
following the guidelines on this page listed
under "How can I cancel my membership?"
Q: What is the Movie Club Plus Refund
policy?
A: First Time MCP Pro Pack Refunds must be
requested within 48 hours of purchase
including 2 working days ( Monday through
Friday ) by contacting our Administrator at
jully@movieclubplus.com Refund
requests made after said time period will
not be honored. Subsequent MCP Success Pack
orders may be terminated by following the
rules in the next section entitled " Q: How
can I cancel my membership?

understand and agree that, in the event that
I have authorized MCP to keep a recurring

to notify MCP in writing of any changes to,

Q: How can I market Movie Club Plus to
others?
A: The simplest way is to use our
TELL-A-FRIEND system found in your back
office. Log in and choose the Tell-A-Friend
Option. Get the first name and email of
everyone you know and enter them one at a
time. We will then begin sending
professional emails for you until they
upgrade to become a FREE members, Take a 30
day FREE TRIAL, Purchase a Success Pack, or
request to be removed from future mailings
member, or asked to have their email address
removed. This is a very effective system, so
please use it daily!
Q: Autoresponders - How do I use my MCP
Autoresponder?
If you have your own time/date stamped & IP
Addressed Leads, send up to 10,000 per week
to us at
leads@movieclubplus.com . Be
sure to include your name, email, phone, and
user id. Then, we will load them for you.
Within about 1 week, 14 emails over a 1
month period will start gong out to your
leads.
BECAUSE OF EVER INCREASING SPAM LAWS, WE
DO NOT PERMIT OUR REPS TO USE OTHER
AUTORESPONDERS OR ANY LEADS THAT DO NOT HAVE

Q: How do your prices compare with a
local store?
A: Movie Club Plus Movie and Music prices
are just about the same as you would find in
a store, but with Movie Club Plus, you can
actually earn commissions! Some product
lines like our cellular line may have better
prices than you would find in a store. As
the quantity of our orders grow, we will
receive even better prices and pass the
savings on to our members. More products
are being added constantly at Movie Club
Plus!
Q: How do I order products?
A: Log in to your back office with your user
id and password. The choose the order
products option. You will be transported to
our product fulfillment site where you can
browse 120,000 products and order. By
clicking on account, you can scroll down and
see your available credits.
You must enter your credit card even if your
credits are larger than your purchase
amount. This is simply for customer
recognition and will not charge your card
unless the order amount is larger than your
credit amount.
MovieClubPlus.Com, Inc. makes absolutely
no guarantees of income. Your commissions
will depend entirely on your effort. All
commissions are paid on product sold.
